Impulse buying happens when you buy something without planning for it in advance or buying staffs that you do not need them at all.

All stores and supermarkets are trying to increase such as sales through many techniques.

Impulse buying Impulse buying happens when you buy something without planning for it in advance or buying staffs that you do not need them at all. This leads to spend more money than you were going to spend. All stores and supermarkets are trying to increase such as sales through many techniques. The rate of success of those techniques depends on your personality and brain react to gain and loses concepts. As marketing for goods and products are increase dramatically we need to avoid impulse buying through the following points:

1-Time rule, when you see something that you want, make yourself wait a certain amount of time before purchasing it. The longer you can go, the better.

2-Avoid shopping and browsing if you do not need anything in the first place. As you browse avoid things you like but you do not need. Do not make shopping a way to spend time with family and friends.

3-Do not shop when you are upset and hungry otherwise you will make wrong purchasing decision as you buy to much unnecessary staff.

4-Do not take to much money since there is an inclination to spend always.

5-Donate before you buy, If you want something new, go home and donate a similar item before buying a new one. For example, if you want a new shirt, pick one shirt from home you’re willing to donate. If you cannot find one you’re willing to give away or donate, then you cannot add to your collection.
